Shayam Mistry is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in naval defense systems and project management. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at Breeze-Eastern LLC since August 2025, Mistry previously contributed to the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) as a CIWS Systems Engineer, where key contributions included developing the RAM Missile Reload-At-Sea capability and supporting the deployment of cUAS systems. Prior experience as a Project Manager involved managing shipboard environmental systems installations and securing project funding. Mistry has experience as a Project Mechanical Engineer at Sigma-Netics, a Capstone Senior Design co-team lead at Rutgers University, and as an Independent Researcher focused on lunar habitation techniques.
