Julie Lanio is currently the Head of Support at Breezeway. Julie has previous experience working as a Customer Experience Manager at Linxup and a Team Lead at Xplorie. Julie began their career in customer service at Enterprise Holdings, where they eventually became a Support Services Supervisor. In this role, they were responsible for supervising a team of agents who handled rental reservations for FBO locations. Julie was also responsible for coaching agents in areas of customer service, efficiency, and accuracy. In addition, they were responsible for managing and evaluating FBO processes to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
