Justin Ford

Justin Ford is an experienced professional specializing in short-term rental safety and certification. Since September 2019, Justin has served as the Director of Short-Term Rental Safety & Certification Programs at Breezeway. In addition, Justin has been recognized as an International Vacation Rental Safety Expert since December 2013, with a strong focus on safety in short-term rentals. Justin founded Dwell Safe ®, a self-inspection safety app for the rental industry, and previously held leadership roles at A & A Vacation Rental Consulting and LiveRez Vacation Rental Software. As a co-founder of New England's largest vacation rental agency from 2005 to 2018, Justin has extensive experience in the vacation rental sector. Additionally, Justin has a diverse background that includes maritime experience as a U.S. Coast Guard licensed Captain and a bank officer role at MBNA. Education was obtained at the US Coast Guard from 1990 to 1994.
