Erica Forzani

Erica Forzani is an Associate Professor and Plus Alliance Fellow at Arizona State University, where Erica also serves as the Deputy Director of the Center for Bioelectronics & Biosensors, specializing in the development of novel hybrid chemical and biosensors and their applications in health and environmental safety. In addition, Erica Forzani is a co-founder and President of Breezing Co., which created the first mobile metabolic rate tracker, allowing users to accurately measure resting metabolic rates for personalized weight management. With a background in bioengineering and a focus on innovative sensor technologies, Erica Forzani contributes significantly to both academic and entrepreneurial fields.
