Andrew Leighton

Andrew Leighton is a seasoned manufacturing engineer with extensive experience in process improvement and engineering support. Currently serving as Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Breg since July 2017, Andrew focuses on enhancing existing processes and product lines to achieve cost reductions and increased productivity. Prior to Breg, Andrew held various key roles at Rochester Gauges Inc. from 2007 to 2017, including Manufacturing Engineer and Production Supervisor for the Aircraft and Propane Line of Business, where responsibilities included utilizing LEAN methodologies for product and process improvements. Andrew's earlier career includes positions at Danaher and The HON Company, along with military service as a Machinist in the US Navy. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, alongside Associate degrees in Machine Tool Technology and Manufacturing Technology from El Camino College and San Bernardino Valley College, respectively.
