Simon Andrews IEng MICE is an experienced civil engineering professional with over two decades of expertise in project management and technical support. Currently serving as the Pre-contracts Technical Manager at Breheny Civil Engineering since May 2014, Simon has contributed significantly to complex construction schemes through planning, methodology, and budgeting. Key achievements include managing the £8.5m Houghton Regis North Phase 1 project while previously holding roles at Leighton Contractors, Costain, May Gurney, Fitzpatrick, and Clugston Limited, where Simon oversaw various infrastructure projects including community liaison, system quality assurance, and substantial civil engineering undertakings. Simon holds an HND in Civil Engineering from Nottingham Trent University, earned between 2004 and 2007.

From formation in 1963 to today, we have grown to provide civil engineering services to almost two thirds of the country from our offices in Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Yorkshire, Kent and Hampshire. We are a privately run family business with over 50 years experience employing the best people and the best resources; taking great pride in our workmanship and the quality of service we provide our customers. Our business model is based upon self delivery using our own in-house workforce of 400 employees and plant fleet containing over 3000 items of plant and equipment. We enjoy an excellent reputation with our clients who value our flexible approach to project management which enables us to tailor our construction services to meet their individual needs.
