Eduardo Pontoriero is currently an advisor at Brella, but they have a long and successful history in business. For three years, they were the co-founder of CENE. Eduardo then became the managing director of Devonshire Investors where they were responsible for private equity investments in energy and transportation portfolio companies. Eduardo oversaw the development and successful sale of PCS to Dover Corporation. After two years and one month, Pontoriero became the president and CEO of HR Access Solutions where they were recruited to lead the turnaround of the company. Eduardo arrested revenue decline and transformed a small group of software programmers into a leading, integrated Human Capital Management (HCM) and Payroll company with 2,500 customers in 55 countries and 13 offices worldwide. Pontoriero then developed the business strategy and five year plan before securing investor funding to create an integrated HCM and Payroll company with four profitable business units addressing licensing, customized software maintenance, professional services, and end-to-end HR and Payroll process outsourcing. For six years, Pontoriero served as the president and CEO of HR Access Solutions before becoming a managing director at Fidelity Strategic Investments where they were responsible for managing investments in three telecommunications companies – KVH Telecom in Japan, COLT Telecommunications in Europe, and MetroRed in Latin America. Eduardo built and managed a team of 20 professionals providing shared services to all three companies including telecommunications infrastructure design, data center engineering and construction, market analytics, service offering, and product development.
