Umberto Nicodano

Umberto Nicodano is a Director since 2000, he is also a member of the Remuneration & Appointments Committee of the company. ​A partner in the law firm Bonelli Erede since its foundation, he deals primarily with extraordinary finance transactions and matters of corporate governance and succession. ​

​He sits on the Board of Directors and on internal board committees of various companies including Valentino S.p.A., where he is President.​
