Tim Kocher

Tim is an experienced financial professional who serves as Director of Operations at Bremer, overseeing all of Bremer’s credit analyst, portfolio management, collateral management, and banker support teams. He also oversees operational teams — including bank operations and mortgage, insurance, and trust operations — and is focused on maximizing how these teams serve Bremer customers.

Before assuming this role in 2022, Tim served as Bremer’s Credit Transformation Director, where he improved the alignment of the credit team and developed innovative strategies to enhance the bank’s credit delivery to customers. Prior to joining Bremer, Tim’s 20-year career included a leadership position with another financial institution, as well as financial leadership roles at two Fortune 500 companies.

Tim graduated with a B.A. in Business from St. John’s University in Minnesota and earned his MBA from Sacred Heart University in Connecticut.
