Teresa Rosales

Teresa Rosales, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Teresa most recently served as the Economic and Community Development Director for the City of Brenham starting in January 2023. Prior to that, Teresa worked as a Loan Originator at Cardinal Financial Company, Limited Partnership from May 2022 to October 2022. Teresa also served as the Chief of Staff for the City of Riverside from January 2021 to June 2022. In addition, Teresa owned their own business, Resolution Results, from January 2018 to June 2022. Teresa has also worked in various roles in real estate sales and as a Realtor. Furthermore, Teresa held roles in communications, marketing, and business development. Their experience also includes serving as a Project Coordinator for the City of Riverside and as an Executive Director for the Arlington Business Partnership. Teresa's diverse background and extensive experience make their a well-rounded professional in economic development, real estate, and community-focused work.

Teresa Rosales holds a Kennedy School Certificate in Behavioral Insights and Public Policy from Harvard University, which they obtained in 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from California Baptist University, completing their studies in 2018. Additionally, Teresa obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the same university between 2014 and 2016. In terms of further education, they completed a program at Leadership Riverside in 2012-2013. Their earliest educational experience was at The University of Texas at San Antonio, where they pursued studies in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from 1981 to 1983.

In addition to their formal education, Teresa holds several certifications. These include the Behavioral Insights and Public Policy Program from Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education, obtained in February 2022. Teresa also obtained the NAR's Green Designation (GREEN) from the National Association of REALTORS® in December 2019. Teresa is a licensed Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent, certified by the California Department of Real Estate in September 1985. Teresa has also obtained certifications as a Certified Life Coach from The Life Coach Institute and as a Loan Originator (#2345466) from NMLS.
