Brandon Jones

Brandon Jones is an experienced Managed Services Consultant currently working at Brennan IT since May 2020, providing ICT support exclusively for the Central Queensland region. Prior to this role, Brandon served as an ICT Services and Support Officer at Stanwell Corporation Limited from October 2016 to May 2020, where responsibilities included both on-site and remote IT support, as well as critical systems support after-hours. Brandon’s earlier career includes positions at Data#3, where contributions ranged from 2nd Tier Support and root cause investigation to team mentoring, along with a significant role in service desk operations for over 8,000 employees, achieving a high First Call Resolution rate. Brandon started in the IT field as a Desktop Support Officer with Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service before acquiring a Certificate II in Information Technology from Yeppoon State High School.
