Richard Moon

Richard Moon is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in project services and technical consulting. Currently serving as a Project Services Consultant at Brennan IT since September 2018, Richard focuses on client service through the Service Desk, managing escalations and collaborating with vendor partners to resolve issues. Prior to this role, Richard held positions including Senior Consultant at Virage IT and Powernet IT Solutions, where responsibilities included providing senior technical support and client management. Richard’s earlier experience as a Systems Engineer at Epoch Labs involved proactive support for small to medium-sized business networks, while initial employment as a Customer Support Engineer at TekSupport fostered essential customer service skills.
