Mary Miles

Mary Miles has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Mary started their career in 1986 at Tire Centers, LLC where they served as a Manager, Director, and Vice President for 15 years. Mary then founded their own human resource consulting company called Miles Consulting, Inc in 2001, where they served as the Founder and President. In 2005, they joined Lorain National Bank as a Senior Vice President, where they were responsible for optimizing organizational culture and performance. In 2015, they moved to Koinonia Homes, Inc as a Chief People Officer, providing governance and direction for all people-related activities. Currently, they hold the position of Chief People Officer at Brennan Manna Diamond, which they started in 2018.

Mary Miles has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Michigan State University. Additionally, they hold a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Phoenix.
