Sandra Johnson-Baros

Sandra Johnson-Baros has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sandra began their career as a HelpDesk/Internet Support at SuperMarkets Online in 1998. After that, they worked as a Filter Service Manager at Waco Filters from an unknown start date to an unknown end date in 2000. Following this, they held the position of Filter Service Leader at Waco/LJ Products from December 2000 to January 2002.

From 2002 to 2004, Sandra worked as an Inside Sales Manager at Star Pipe Products. Sandra then transitioned to EMSCO, where they worked as an Account Manager from December 2004 to June 2008. At EMSCO, they were responsible for outside sales of equipment and services in the induction melting and heating industry. Sandra achieved significant sales growth and managed relationships with approximately 100 accounts.

After EMSCO, Sandra joined Henkel Loctite in 2008. Sandra began as an Adhesives Specialists, responsible for managing a sales territory concentrated in various regions. Sandra then took on the role of General Territory Manager, where they continued to excel in implementing sales strategies and achieving sales growth. Eventually, they became an Adhesives & Sealants Specialist, protecting, managing, and growing the existing Henkel territory.

In 2012, Sandra joined NCH - Chemsearch FE as a Territory Manager and continued in that role until 2014. Sandra then transitioned to California Metals Coalition, where they served as the Director of Member Services from October 2014 to August 2015.

Most recently, Sandra has been working as a Sales Support Executive at Brenner-Fiedler since March 2021. With their extensive experience in sales, account management, and territory growth, Sandra has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive results and provide exceptional support to their clients and organizations.

Sandra Johnson-Baros pursued their undergraduate education from 1995 to 1998 at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Sandra obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Animal Science/Pre-Vet Medicine during this period.
