Ajay Pancholi

Ajay Pancholi is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial controlling, reporting, and analysis. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Finance Controlling at Brenntag since November 2014, Ajay oversees critical functions such as MIS, P&L preparation, budgeting, and taxation, ensuring compliance with IGAAP and IFRS standards. Prior to this role, Ajay spent over seven years at Signode India Limited as Senior Manager of Accounts, where responsibilities included finalizing revenue and coordinating statutory and internal audits. Ajay holds a Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from North Maharashtra University.
