Crystal Lewis-Luke serves as the Industry Market Manager for Beauty & Care at Brenntag since May 2023, focusing on strategic growth plans and collaboration with supplier partners. Prior experience includes directing personal care innovation at Bradford Soap Works, where initiatives were centered on sustainable manufacturing of beauty bars. Crystal has also held roles as a Senior Formulation Scientist at Evolved By Nature, developing and optimizing cosmetic products, and as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Brookhaven National Laboratory, conducting stability and safety testing. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Inorganic Chemistry from Stony Brook University and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Oakwood University.
