Erica Takeda

Erica Takeda is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the specialty chemicals industry, currently serving as President of Specialties Latin America at Brenntag since April 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing the Latin America Division P&L. Prior roles at Brenntag include President and Managing Director of Brenntag Brazil, focusing on operational growth and M&A activities. Before joining Brenntag, Erica held various leadership positions at The Dow Chemical Company from December 1991 to April 2016, including Latin America Market/Product Director for Oxygenated Solvents and Polyglycols, contributing significantly to business strategy, P&L management, and commercial contract negotiations. Erica’s educational background includes an MBA in Supply Chain from FACULDADE FIPECAFI and an Executive MBA from the University of Toronto, complemented by executive education at prestigious institutions such as London Business School and Northwestern University.
