Guillermo Gonzalez

Guillermo Gonzalez is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the O2C Team Lead at Brenntag since May 2025. Prior to this role, Guillermo worked as a Credit Manager at Claro Costa Rica from March 2024 to April 2025. Guillermo's extensive experience at Cargill spanned from June 2007 to December 2023, during which time Guillermo held various positions, including Sr Credit to Cash Operational Excellence Specialist, Sr Team Manager Collections for the Latam region, Collection Supervisor for the Latam region, and Sr Regional Collection Analyst for the Walmart account. Guillermo earned a Bachelor's degree in Contabilidad y Finanzas from the Universidad de las Ciencias y el Arte de Costa Rica between 2013 and 2015.
