Helle Hansen

Helle Hansen is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across major companies in the energy and building technology sectors. Currently serving as VP, Finance & CFO for Baker Hughes' $8B Industrial & Energy Technology division since 2018, Helle oversees a team of 350 specialists. Prior to this, Helle spent 18 years at Johnson Controls in various financial leadership positions, including VP Finance for Building Technologies & Solutions and VP Finance for Building Efficiency, contributing significantly to the company's integration strategies and regional reorganization efforts. Earlier experience includes key financial roles at GEA Group, DSB, and Grant Thornton UK LLP. Helle holds an MBA from IPADE Business School and an MSc in Financial Controlling from Copenhagen Business School.
