Svenja van Eeckhaut

Svenja Van Eeckhaut has extensive experience in talent management, learning and development, and training roles. Svenja most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Talent & Learning at Brenntag Group since January 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of Talent and Leadership Development at Brenntag Group from October 2019 to January 2021. Before joining Brenntag Group, they held the position of Director of Talent Management at HAVI from January 2016 to September 2019 and Learning & Development Manager at HAVI from January 2011 to December 2015. Svenja also worked as a Training and Development Manager at LG Electronics from March 2009 to January 2011. Svenja'searlier experience includes a role as a Training Manager at Metro Cash& Carry International GmbH from November 2003 to February 2007, where they built and managed a training academy in multiple locations.

Svenja Van Eeckhaut attended the University of Cooperative Education in Karlsruhe from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
