Jodi Cooper

Jodi Cooper is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in housing service improvement and project management. Currently serving as the Quality Assurance and Standards Manager at Brent Council since December 2018, Jodi has also held roles such as Improvement Programme Manager (Housing), Service Improvement Manager, and Service Improvement Officer, focused on delivering impactful change initiatives. Prior to this, Jodi worked at Dacorum Borough Council from January 2014 to December 2018, where responsibilities included leading policy and projects in housing, overseeing a small team, and engaging with residents through formal committees. Jodi's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Housing Practice from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Buckinghamshire New University, complemented by foundational education at Queens' School in Hertfordshire.
