Reena Silva

Reena Silva is a Senior Manager at Brentford FC Community Sports Trust. Reena has over 10 years of experience working with youth, specifically those with additional needs and those who may be experiencing school breakdown. In their previous role as a Deputy Youth Programme Manager, they coordinated a pilot Alternative School Provision for 13-16 year olds. In their current role, they are responsible for delivering training to up to 90 Delegates, facilitating both large groups and small breakout groups. Training topics include: Health and Safety, Inclusion, Behavior Management, Safeguarding, Leadership, Mentoring skills and Organisation/Role specifics.

Reena Silva has a postgraduate diploma in youth work and community development from De Montfort University. Reena also has a BA in digital media production from The University of West London. Additionally, they have a level 4 qualification in teaching from South Thames College. Finally, they have GCSEs in math from Chiswick Community School and City of Westminster College.
