Jim Mocarski

Jim Mocarski is an experienced advisor at Brentwood Advisory since January 2020, having previously served as president of Three1Four Inc. from October 2016 to October 2021, where innovative consulting solutions were provided to enhance client operations and profitability. From 1989 to December 2015, Jim held various leadership roles at Northrop Grumman Corporation, including Business Unit Vice President for Airborne Tactical Sensors, where significant revenue growth was achieved and strategic direction transformed the unit into a market leader. Additionally, Jim has a strong educational background with a General Managers Program from Harvard Business School, a Master’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
