Mark Zorko, NACD.DC, CPA, currently serves as the Chairman of the Board for Modern Mining Technology Corp. since July 2020 and has been involved with Westell as a Board of Director member and Audit Committee Chair since January 2017. Additionally, Zorko has been a member of the Board of Directors for the National Association of Corporate Directors since May 2014 and serves on the Board of RTP Capital Associates and Military Outreach USA. As a co-founder and principal of Brentwood Advisory, Zorko specializes in executive management and business support services, particularly in M&A planning and execution. Zorko held the presidency of Brentwood 401(k) Advisory until October 2023 and has previous board experience with Perma-Pipe International Holdings, Opportunity International, and Alexian Brothers Health System. Zorko's academic credentials include a BSBA in Accounting from The Ohio State University and an MBA in IT from the University of Minnesota.
