Alan Chen

Alan Chen currently serves as Vice President at Brentwood Associates since March 2022. Previously, Alan held the same title at Caltius Structured Capital from June 2019 to March 2022. Early in 2018, Alan completed an MBA internship in Strategy and Finance at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., and gained corporate development experience as an intern at GAL Manufacturing Company LLC, a portfolio company of Golden Gate Capital. From September 2014 to July 2017, Alan worked as a Private Equity Associate at Endeavour Capital and was an Investment Banking Analyst at Piper Sandler from July 2012 to July 2014. Alan began the finance career as a Summer Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2009 and as a Summer Analyst at Janes Capital Partners in 2011. Academic credentials include an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Business Economics from USC Marshall School of Business.
