Since May 1988, Ron has held the position of production manager, overseeing all aspects of a three-shift manufacturing facility within the light gauge/medical department, focusing on shift efficiencies, machine and labor utilization, and process improvements. Ron completed high school education at Wilson High School, graduating in 1980, and attended Governor Mifflin from 1970 to 1975.
