Jodi Seals

Jodi Seals, CSP, has extensive experience in human resources and staffing management, currently serving as a Human Resources Assistant at Brethren Care Village since January 2020. Prior to this role, Jodi held various leadership positions at Staffing Partners in Ohio from June 2009 to October 2019, including Area Manager and Branch Manager, with responsibilities encompassing full cycle recruiting, operations, and sales for multiple Staffing Agency locations. Jodi also managed the successful opening of the Wooster branch and developed strategies to enhance profit margins and customer service. Earlier experience includes a role at Light Industrial and Clerical Staffing Agency as Branch Manager and a position at Neer Manufacturing from 1995 to 2007, where skills in operational efficiencies and database management were applied. Jodi holds the Certified Staffing Professional designation and educational credentials from NCSC and Shelby High School.
