Sarah Fridley is an Underwriter Trainee at Brethren Mutual Insurance Company since May 2023, following an internship as a Customer Experience Guide at Insurance Outfitters® where client interviews were conducted to assess risk and property hazards. Previous experience includes working as a Barista at Aramark, focusing on hygiene regulations and effective team communication. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Risk Management & Insurance from Shepherd University, completed in 2023.
