HR and Compliance Team

The HR and Compliance Team at Brett DiNovi & Associates ensures the organization adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements, manages employee relations, and promotes a positive, compliant workplace culture. This team oversees recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and training, while also monitoring and implementing policies and procedures to maintain compliance within ABA/OBM services. Their efforts support BDA’s mission of disseminating effective behavioral science practices and services globally.
