Dustin Bretz

Dustin Bretz has extensive experience in the RV and boat dealership industry. Dustin has been with Bretz RV & Marine since 2012, serving as the Director of Operations. During their tenure, the company has become the largest RV and boat dealership in their five-state region. Dustin oversees a team of over 450 employees and is responsible for ensuring excellent sales, service, and parts operations.

Prior to joining Bretz RV & Marine, Dustin worked for Western States Insurance as an Employee Benefits, Commercial Insurance, and Life Insurance Agent from 2011 to 2012. Dustin then served as a Financial Advisor at Prudential Financial from 2009 to 2011. Earlier in their career, Dustin worked at Bretz RV and Marine Inc. from 2004 to 2009, where they held various roles including Sales, Sales Management, and Finance & Insurance.

Dustin Bretz pursued their executive education at Cornell University from 2018 to 2019, focusing on Executive Leadership. Prior to that, they attended the University of Montana from 2003 to 2007, earning a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Finance.
