Nishikant D Wanjari

Nishikant D Wanjari, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as a Portfolio Manager in Systematic Macro and Quantitative Research at Brevan Howard since February 2023. Prior to this role, Nishikant was a Multi-Asset Strategist at Universities Superannuation Scheme (Ltd) from May 2019 to February 2023, specializing in systematic cross-asset quantitative research and portfolio management. Nishikant's experience includes working as a Quantitative Researcher at Kyen Resources, where systematic trading strategies in commodities and FX were developed, as well as serving as a Derivatives Trader at Trafigura, focusing on trading option gamma books and executing hedging strategies in metals and energy. Nishikant also completed a summer research internship at Citibank India, managing portfolios for small and medium-sized business clients. Educated with a Master's in Financial Engineering from Imperial College Business School and a Chartered Financial Analyst designation, Nishikant also holds an MMS in Finance from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
