Varun Verma

Varun Verma is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk management and technology within the finance sector. Currently serving as the Head of Risk for Middle and Back Office IT Strats and Head of Middle Office Quant Development at Brevan Howard since March 2023, Varun previously held the position of Head of Core Services at Coremont LLP from August 2019 to March 2023. Varun's earlier roles include working as a Quant Risk Developer and holding various technology positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co., including Technology Analyst and Software Developer Intern. Varun's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Imperial College London and enrollment in the Chief Technology Officer Program at The Wharton School.
