Christie Cauble

Christie Cauble holds a variety of positions at Brevard College. Currently she is the Director of Public Information and leads the Integrated Marketing Team responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that help advance the college’s mission. These strategies include publications, brand integrity, partnerships with community organizations, social/digital media and media outreach.

Cauble is a member of the Crisis Management Team and COVID Task Force. Her responsibilities include, planning, and implementing the response to an outbreak, a threat or major incident. She manages the communications with employees, students, shareholders and the media to minimize damage to the reputation of the college.

Cauble is also a Residential Hall Director where she focuses on community development with students. Overall, she strives to create a safe and inclusive environment that will be fun, diverse and welcoming to all students.

A native of Brevard, Cauble earned her B.A. at Brevard College, Brevard N.C. where she majored in Integrated Studies, with two emphases: Business and Computer Science. Cauble began her career in higher education in 1997.
