Erin Gracie

Erin Gracie has accumulated extensive experience in the hospitality and event management sectors, currently serving as a Group Sales and Relations Representative and Event Coordinator at Brevard Zoo since January 2018. Prior roles include Front of House Manager at SQUID LIPS OVERWATER GRILL, Sales and Events Coordinator at LM Restaurants, and Server positions at both Squid Lips Overwater Grill and Olive Garden. Erin earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Hospitality/Event Management from the University of Central Florida between 2010 and 2014.
