Jayati Sachdeva

Jayati Sachdeva currently serves as the Head of People and Impact at Brevo, where responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end onboarding process, managing employee engagement initiatives, and addressing employee concerns. Prior to this role, Jayati held various HR positions at Quovantis Technologies, Geometry Encompass, and TO THE NEW, significantly contributing to functions such as recruitment, performance appraisals, and exit management. An educational background includes an Executive Programme in HR Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and an MBA in Human Resources Development from the Delhi Institute of Advanced Studies. Furthermore, Jayati completed a summer internship as a Management Trainee in HR at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited.
