Robert Pemstein currently serves as the Head of Customer Experience at Brevo, a position held since August 2024. Prior to this, Pemstein was the Customer Support Manager at Ncontracts from 2022 to 2024, and Robert directed a customer care team at SwagUp in 2022. Earlier experience includes a nine-year tenure at Trustpilot, where Pemstein rose through various roles to become the Global Director of Customer Experience, overseeing a large global support team across multiple customer engagement channels.
