Federico Lantschner is an experienced brewer currently serving as a Brewer Trainer and Experienced Brewer at BrewDog since August 2018, dedicated to producing high-quality beer. Previously, Federico held roles as a Senior Brewer and Manager on Duty at West Brewing from August 2017 to August 2018, where the focus was on crafting high-quality German lagers. Earlier in their career, Federico worked as a Cook at BISHOPS HOUSE and a Chef De Partie at Green Island Resort. Federico's educational background includes a Diploma in Distilling from the Institute of Brewing and Distilling, a Diploma in Brewing and Malting from Versuchs und Lehranstalt für Brauerei Berlin, and an Advanced Cicerone certification in Beer Brewing.
