Andrew Jones

Andrew Jones is an Applications Manager at Brewer Science since March 2017, focusing on Wafer-Level Packaging Materials and leading the Group Leader role for the COVID Facilities Tiger Team. In this capacity, Andrew established protocols and policies for facility management during the pandemic, including online visitor management and close-contact tracing initiatives. Prior experience includes a role as Associate Fellow at SunEdison Semiconductor, where Andrew's research focused on Silicon-on-Insulator technologies, and as Staff Scientist at Emcore, examining MOCVD technologies. Andrew's academic foundation includes a PhD, MS, and BS with Honors in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
