Gurinder Birah

Gurinder Birah has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Gurinder is currently the Group Finance Director at Brewhouse & Kitchen, where they manage the entire finance department and oversees financial control, planning and analysis, treasury, and monthly management accounts. Gurinder also implemented a new financial system and procedures. Prior to this, Gurinder worked as the Interim Group Financial Controller at We Are Bar Group Ltd and the Group Financial Controller at Novus Leisure Ltd. Gurinder also held the position of Group Financial Control Manager at Bramwell Pub Company Ltd. Earlier in their career, Gurinder worked at Barracuda Group Ltd, where they held roles such as Group Financial Accountant and Group Management Accountant. In these positions, they were responsible for tasks such as cashflow forecasting, balance sheet controls, VAT, fixed assets, budgeting, and production of monthly management accounts.

Gurinder Birah completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting & Business Finance from the University of West London between the years 1995 and 1998. Additionally, between 1999 and 2002, Gurinder pursued further education at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and obtained a degree known as ACMA, CGMA in the field of CIMA.
