Lonnie Leblanc

Lonnie LeBlanc possesses extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Assistant Manager at BreWingZ Sports Bar & Grill since June 2017 and as Manager at The Cheesecake Factory since June 2014. Previous roles include Director of Food and Beverage at iT'Z Family Entertainment, Manager of Operations at Texas Wings, and General Manager at Le Petite Bistro. Lonnie began a career in culinary management as a Kitchen Manager at TGI Fridays, following an early role as a Working Chef at Hartford Golf Club. Educationally, Lonnie holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Manchester Community College, completed in 1988.
