Allison Hardee

Allison Hardee is an experienced professional in capacity planning and business management, currently serving as the Capacity Planning Lead at Brex since August 2021, after previously holding the position of Capacity Planning Analyst. Prior to Brex, Allison worked at Santander Consumer USA from January 2019 to August 2021, where roles included Senior Associate in Business Management and Capacity Planner. Allison’s career began at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where roles spanned from Operations Analyst to Associate in Workforce Management Forecasting from July 2015 to December 2018. Earlier experience includes an internship at TEEMA Solutions Group Inc. from May 2013 to June 2015. Allison holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, earned between 2011 and 2015.
