Catherine Ngo

Catherine Ngo serves as the Director, Associate General Counsel, Product at Brex since January 2025. Previously, Catherine held the position of Director, Product & Regulatory Counsel at Nium from October 2023 to January 2025, overseeing product and regulatory matters across the Americas. Prior to that role, Catherine was Senior Counsel, Product at Upgrade, Inc., where responsibilities included advising on regulatory aspects of deposit products and personal loans from April 2021 to October 2023. Catherine's career also includes experience as Senior Counsel at Anchorage, providing legal counsel on various corporate and regulatory issues, and as an Associate at Nossaman LLP, focusing on resolving disputes in financial services and consumer protection. Catherine holds a Juris Doctor from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and dual Bachelor's degrees in International Relations/Political Science and East Asian Languages and Cultures from the University of Southern California.
