Seth Baldwin

Seth Baldwin is a Senior Data Scientist at Brex since July 2021, specializing in AI applications, where responsibilities include developing ML-based customer-facing products and internal tools for evaluating LLMs and ReAct agents. Prior to this role, Seth was a Data Scientist at Colgate-Palmolive from July 2019 to July 2021, focusing on training and deploying machine learning models for predicting chemical stability and creating supporting infrastructure using REST APIs and Kubernetes. Seth also served as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Bucknell University, teaching calculus, and held research and teaching assistant positions at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, contributing significantly to research in algebraic geometry and representation theory. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Mathematics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Master's degree in Mathematics from Temple University, and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Rutgers University. Seth also attended the Eastman School of Music from 2004 to 2007.
