Shuren Batkhuu

Shuren Batkhuu is a Senior Learning Experience Specialist in Operations Enablement at Brex, having progressed from a Learning Experience Specialist to a Dedicated Support Specialist and Support Specialist within the same company, where a strong focus has been on enhancing training programs and customer experience. Prior experience includes research assistant roles in the Motivated Cognition Lab and Culture and Self Lab at the UBC Department of Psychology, with involvement in projects related to emotion and cognition. Leadership capabilities were demonstrated as Co-President of the UBC Chapter of Psi Chi, while also serving as a Student Recruitment Representative and Student Advisor at UBC, where contributions to student engagement and support were significant. Batkhuu holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from The University of British Columbia and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from the ISS International School of Singapore.
