Stefan Lehto-Borich

Stefan Lehto-Borich is a seasoned customer experience professional with a progressive career at Brex, currently serving as Customer Experience Team Lead II since February 2022. In this role, Stefan leads a core team of specialists, enhancing performance through task coordination, feedback provision, and professional development support. Previously held positions at Brex include Customer Experience Team Lead I and Licensed Global Resolutions Specialist, where Stefan focused on cross-functional collaboration and process improvement. Prior to Brex, Stefan gained experience as a Management Trainee at Enterprise and founded Drop the Puck for Mental Health. Additional roles include Brand Activation Manager for Mike’s Beverage Company at Labatt Breweries of Canada and leadership positions with the Interfraternity Council UBC and Phi Delta Theta Fraternity. Stefan holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Animal Biology and a Minor in Commerce from the UBC Sauder School of Business.
