Yasmeena Ismail

Yasmeena Ismail has accumulated significant experience in the financial technology sector with Brex from January 2021 to the present, holding various roles including Associate, Senior Analyst, Onboarding Specialist, and Customer Experience Specialist in Screening and Transaction Monitoring. Prior to Brex, Yasmeena served as a Research and Writing Assistant at Plainspeak Cultural Organization from August 2020 to January 2021, and gained teaching experience as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant and Peer Advisor at UBC Sociology between September 2019 and April 2020. Yasmeena Ismail earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Sociology and a minor in Political Science from The University of British Columbia, completing studies in 2020.
