Ted Breyer

Ted Breyer is a seasoned venture capital professional, currently serving as a Partner at Breyer Capital since 2016, where notable investments include Facebook, Etsy, and Spotify. As Co-Founder and President of Atoka, established in October 2022, Ted focuses on assisting individuals and businesses with cryptocurrency recovery through advanced computational efficiency. Additionally, Ted is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Breyer Labs, a seed-stage fund concentrating on cryptocurrency, frontier markets, and climate initiatives. Since 2018, Ted has been a Funder and Advisor for Upsolve, a non-profit advocating for accessible legal and financial systems. From 2020 to 2024, Ted contributed as a Scout for Sequoia Capital, specializing in angel and seed investments. Ted holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and East Asian Studies from Harvard University and a Master's Degree in Global Affairs and Business from Tsinghua University.
