Fernando Santos

Fernando Santos is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, procurement, and process optimization within the engineering and food industries. Currently serving as a Project, Process and M&A Specialist at BRF, Fernando manages complex CAPEX and MRO negotiations and oversees end-to-end project delivery. Previous roles at Tyson Foods and BRF included leadership of significant CAPEX projects, managing teams and multi-disciplinary projects valued up to USD 20 million, focusing on the entire productive chain from farms to processing plants. Fernando's earlier career involved principal mechanical engineering duties and contributions to Lean Manufacturing initiatives. Fernando holds an MBA from FGV and is a certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
