Rafael Pellegrini Ribeiro

Rafael Pellegrini Ribeiro is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, international mergers and acquisitions, and strategic leadership. Currently serving as the Director and Head of the International Legal & Tax Department at BRF, Rafael leads a team of 23 professionals and has successfully managed complex cross-border operations. Previous roles include a position as Senior Associate at Trench Rossi Watanabe, where representation of corporations and private equity funds in M&A transactions was a key focus, as well as serving as a Foreign Associate at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP, specializing in Latin American M&A. Education credentials include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate Law from New York University and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Private Law from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
