Pham Hong Quan

Pham Hong Quan is an experienced professional in the construction and project management sectors, currently serving as Vice Director in Acting of the Construction Division 2 at BRG Group since May 2022. Prior to this role, Pham held various leadership positions, including Deputy Director General at EVEREST E&C from April 2019 to April 2021 and Vice Director at VINACONEX Corporation from October 2016 to April 2019. Earlier experience includes managing the Bidding and Project Management Division at VINACONEX.,JSC and serving as Deputy Manager of the Project Management Division at VINACONEX Corporation. Pham holds a Master of Business Administration in Economics from California Miramar University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil from Hanoi Architectural University.
